When you contact Zyad
The inquiry form collects the name, email, optional phone number, home preferences, and notes you choose to provide, tour-request details when provided, plus the time of your contact consent and a broad referral source. It stores the inquiry for Zyad in a protected dashboard so he can respond and follow up about your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not include identity documents, account numbers, or sensitive financial records.
Your private buyer workspace
My Move uses ChatGPT sign-in to associate your saved homes, notes, saved search filters, financing assumptions, and checklist progress with your account. These records are stored in the website database and are available only to your signed-in account through the buyer workspace. Zyad’s inquiry dashboard does not display them. You decide which details to send through the inquiry form. Use “Download my move” to export a copy or “Clear saved workspace” to remove your saved items. Submitted inquiries are separate. Please avoid storing sensitive financial or identity documents in notes. A temporary financing draft can remain in this tab’s session storage during sign-in.
Simple traffic measurement
This website counts page views and actions such as opening the planner or clicking a contact link. Counts are grouped by day and broad source, such as Google or Instagram. These are aggregate counts, not unique-person counts. The website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site visitor profiles. It does not store your full browsing history or full referring URL.
Your browser-saved buying plan
The buying-plan tool stores your selected area, budget range, preferences and completed checklist steps in this browser’s local storage. It does not collect contact details or sync this plan across devices. Use Clear saved plan to remove it. A copied plan link includes the selected preferences, so share it only with people you choose. Completed checklist steps are not included in that link. Contacting Zyad remains a separate action with your review and consent.
Protecting the forms
The service uses a short-lived, keyed hash of the connecting network address to limit repeated requests. It does not store the raw address in the inquiry database. Rate-limit records expire and are cleaned up. Temporary drafts and referral preferences may be held in this browser’s session storage until the tab is closed.
Storage and your choices
Inquiries are stored using the website’s hosting platform and are available through the protected owner dashboard. Information is used to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact Zyad at (832) 597-7528 or zyad.realtor@gmail.com. Do not put sensitive information in a public message.
Links and providers
OpenStreetMap map tiles, HAR reference links, Google Maps, your phone or messaging provider, Google Fonts, and the website hosting services have their own privacy practices. Text-message links open a draft in your messaging app; you decide whether to send it. A contact click is not treated as proof that a message was delivered.
Generated inspiration images
The brick-and-stone home and pool/patio collection images were created with AI for design inspiration. They do not show properties offered for sale. Collection links open searches; actual listings are displayed only after an approved inventory connection is enabled.
Photography

The looping penthouse and Houston skyline films were created with Higgsfield as AI design concepts. They are not footage of listed properties. Zyad’s portrait was enhanced with AI from his public HAR photograph; his professional details are from his HAR profile.
